我司生产的阀体和阀座，采用的合金钢，经过整体锻造、渗碳处理，提高了产品强度；通过精密计算和数控车床加工而成，以使阀体和阀座之间的尺寸达到了配合，提高了阀体和阀座的使用寿命，在正常工矿条件下可使用超过400小时以上。规格包括API4#, 5#, 6#, 7#, 8#, 结构形式分为通孔式、三筋式、四筋式等，胶皮分为复合聚氨酯，耐高温聚氨酯，丁腈橡胶等。

Valve body and seat produced by Dezhou Rundong, use high quality alloy steel, processed with overall forging and carburizing, which improves product strength; Produced under accurate calculation and numerical control lathe, which makes dimensions of valve body and seat perfectly match each other, and increases service life of valve body and seat. Under normal working conditions, it can be used more than 400 hours. We can supply sizes of API4 #, 5 #, 6 #, 7 # and 8 #, and types of open style, three-web style and four-web style. As to valve insert material, we can provide compound polyurethane, high temperature resistant polyurethane and nitrile rubber, etc.
